Museum rules

Goya Museum. Ibercaja Collection-Camón Aznar Museum asks for your cooperation to make the visit enjoyable for everyone. Please help us to respect the following rules:

• The artworks may be seen, but not touched.
• Photographs and filming are not allowed in the museum.
• Mobile telephone use is prohibited.
• Entry with umbrellas, backpacks or motorcycle helmets is not allowed and lockers are available for storing them.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult to monitor their behaviour.
• Groups of no more than 35 people must notify the internal organisation of the museum sufficiently in advance.
• Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• It is not allowed to smoke or bring in food.
