NORMAS DE PUBLICACIÓN

The Boletín del Museo e Instituto Camón Aznar is aimed at a specialist audience and publishes research articles about the History and Theory of Art, including subjects related to artwork which will make it better known and understood.

Articles:

  • They should be no longer than 30 DIN A4 pages, with 60 spaces per line and a total of 30 lines, 27,000 characters, Calibri font size 11. If an article justifiably exceeds this length, the journal’s Editorial Committee will review it to decide whether or not to accept it for publication.
  • They will have abstracts in English and Spanish as well as keywords (between 5 and 8) in both abstracts.
  • If an article contains illustrations (maximum 10 images), they must be of sufficient quality to be reproduced (300 ppi). In this case the article must be submitted both as a PDF and a Word file with numbered pages, footnotes and embedded images (if there are any) renamed, numbered correlatively to match the text and attached to the email sending the article. They should not be bigger than 3 Mb. The journal’s Editorial Committee may change the number of illustrations if it considers this to be necessary.

Review guidelines:

  • Articles will be evaluated by blind peer review to maintain the anonymity of authors and reviewers. The Board will decide whether or not to publish the article based on the reviewer’s opinion and will inform the author(s) of its decision.

The Board and the Editorial Committee do not accept any responsibility for the views and statements of the authors in their papers. These papers must be unpublished and not approved for publication by any other organisation. They may be posted together with a brief CV, including the author’s/authors’ name, surname, phone number and email address, to:

Museo Goya‐Colección Ibercaja-Museo Camón Aznar

50003 Zaragoza
