Visitor Regulations
Visitor regulations for Museo Goya. Fundación Ibercaja - Museo Camón Aznar.
These regulations are intended to ensure that visits to Museo Goya. Fundación Ibercaja - Museo Camón Aznar, as well as participation in any of its activities, take place in a proper and appropriate manner, safeguarding visitors, the objects housed in the museum and the premises themselves.
By purchasing a museum ticket, visitors accept these regulations and agree to comply with them. Fundación Ibercaja may take any measures deemed appropriate to ensure the proper conduct of the visit if these rules are breached:
Specific conditions and access recommendations
- Before purchasing a ticket, visitors are advised to read the Access Rules for Museo Goya. Fundación Ibercaja - Museo Camón Aznar and the Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy (Ticket Refund Policy | Fundación Ibercaja)
- Visit planning: The estimated time required to visit the entire museum is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Tickets must be retained until the end of the visit.
- Authenticity: Fundación Ibercaja does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets that have not been purchased through the official channels established by the organisation.
- Loss, theft or destruction: Tickets will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction.
- Ticket prices are stated in euros and include the VAT applicable on the date of purchase. Fundación Ibercaja may change ticket prices at any time.
- Special discounts: Visitors holding tickets purchased with a discount or special rate must provide supporting documentation upon entry. If eligibility cannot be demonstrated, the difference in price must be paid.

- Group visits: For group tickets, visitors are advised to submit a request by telephone or email to museogoya@fundacionibercaja.es before purchasing tickets.
- Certain activities, experiences or areas of the museum may be subject to specific access conditions and rules of use that supplement these regulations.
- Fundación Ibercaja may, in exceptional circumstances, change the opening hours whenever necessary.
- In the event of the exceptional closure of the premises for reasons beyond the control of Fundación Ibercaja or due to force majeure, Fundación Ibercaja will provide information about the options available for rescheduling the visit or refunding tickets purchased for that day.
- Admission to the premises ends one hour before closing time.
- The closure of any area for maintenance or operational reasons will be duly communicated to the public and will not entitle visitors to a discount or ticket refund.
- Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right to change the programme of activities, screenings or exhibitions.
- The museum provides lockers for the temporary storage of personal belongings during the visit. Keys may be requested at the reception desk, subject to availability.
- Leaving the premises: Ticket holders will lose their admission rights upon leaving the premises.
Right of admission and safety rules
- Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right of admission at all times.
- Children under the age of twelve may not enter unless accompanied by an adult.
- Admission is subject to the maximum capacity of the premises. Certain activities, experiences or rooms may also have their own capacity limits, which must be respected at all times.
- In accordance with the legislation governing public events, recreational activities and public establishments in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, access will be denied to anyone displaying violent behaviour, causing a disturbance to other visitors or users, or disrupting the normal operation of the exhibition.
- In addition, Fundación Ibercaja security staff are authorised to inspect visitors, including by technical means. Inspections may also include visitors’ belongings. Visitors may refuse an inspection, but will not be permitted to enter the premises in such cases.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of Museo Goya - Fundación Ibercaja Museo Camón Aznar staff, security personnel, police officers, firefighters or any other person authorised by Fundación Ibercaja at all times.
The following items may not be brought into the premises and must be left in the lockers:
- Racist or xenophobic propaganda, or material that incites violence, regardless of its political ideology or origin.
- Weapons of any kind, knives, sharp objects, firearms, substances or any other hazardous material.
- Animals of any kind, except guide dogs.
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles or roller skates.
- Food and/or drinks, as well as narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants or similar substances.
- Any glass object, bottle or can.
- Any object that security staff consider may pose a risk to the exhibitions or to people.
- Backpacks, suitcases and bags measuring 40 × 40 cm or more, and umbrellas.
- Bulky objects that could obstruct an evacuation.
Conditions of visit
- During certain activities, events or communication initiatives, Fundación Ibercaja may take photographs and/or make recordings for the purpose of promoting the activity and the institution through its communication channels, including its website and corporate social media accounts.
- Ticket holders acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in images captured by various means within the premises for subsequent informational or promotional use relating to the premises, and authorise such use.
- Purchasing a ticket does not grant the PURCHASER the right to use the ticket or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes, including competitions, gifts and/or prize draws, without the express written consent of Fundación Ibercaja. A breach of this prohibition will entitle Fundación Ibercaja to invalidate the ticket or tickets and take any legal action it considers appropriate to claim compensation for any loss or damage caused by such conduct.
- Visitors must behave in a civil and respectful manner, keep their voices at a moderate level and avoid disturbing other visitors.
The following are not permitted inside the premises:
- Touching exhibits unless expressly authorised.
- Sitting on the floor or obstructing corridors or passageways.
- Smoking.
- Eating or drinking.
- Running.
- Leaving children without adult supervision.
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING: Photography and video recording are permitted in the permanent exhibition for personal use only and without flash. Photography and video recording are not permitted in temporary exhibitions. The use of tripods, selfie sticks or any other equipment that may obstruct circulation or compromise the safety of the artworks and visitors is also prohibited.
Prior authorisation from Fundación Ibercaja must be obtained to use images for commercial or professional purposes by contacting comunicacionfundacion@fundacionibercaja.es
Liability
- Fundación Ibercaja accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by third parties unrelated to Fundación Ibercaja. It also accepts no liability for lost property, theft or robbery occurring within the premises.
- Visitors will be liable to Fundación Ibercaja and/or third parties for any personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with these regulations, improper use, wilful misconduct or negligence.
Validity
- These conditions and the information contained herein are valid as of the date of their most recent update. Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right to amend them at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication and will apply to all visitors from that date.
